Terms of Service

1. These terms

Reserco is operated by VA Shopping Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17117826, registered office Suite 10660, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom. By creating an account or making a booking through Reserco you accept these terms.

2. What Reserco does

Reserco gives a business its own booking page and calendar, and sends booking notifications, confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp. Reserco is a scheduling tool. The service a customer books — a haircut, a treatment, an appointment, a car wash — is provided by the business, not by us. We are not a party to that arrangement and we do not take payment for it.

3. Accounts

• An account holder must be a business or a self-employed professional, and at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• The information you publish on your booking page — services, prices, hours, address — must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Reserco is sold as a monthly subscription. Current plans, prices and included limits are shown on our pricing page.
• Each plan includes a monthly booking allowance. If you reach it, we will tell you and you can upgrade; we may pause new online bookings until the next billing period.
• Free trials are offered without payment details. At the end of a trial the account pauses unless you choose a plan.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Messaging rules

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta’s rules as well as ours. You agree that:

• Reserco messaging is for booking notifications, confirmations, changes and reminders only.
• You will not use it to send advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.
• You will only enter a customer’s phone number where that customer asked you to book or contact them.
• You will not enter medical, financial or other sensitive information into any field of the service.

Breaking these rules can get our messaging access restricted by Meta, so we may suspend an account immediately if it happens.

6. Bookings and cancellations

A booking is confirmed when the business accepts it, or automatically if the business has turned on automatic confirmation. Businesses set their own cancellation and no-show rules and are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings. Customers can cancel using the link in their confirmation message.

7. Availability

We work to keep Reserco available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. Message delivery also depends on WhatsApp and mobile networks, which we do not operate.

8. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. We will give notice where we reasonably can. On closure you can ask us for a copy of your booking data before it is deleted.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
