1. Who we are
Reserco is an online booking service operated by VA Shopping Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17117826, with its registered office at Suite 10660, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “Reserco”).
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For questions about privacy, contact us at info@reserco.com.
2. Two kinds of users
Reserco serves businesses (barbershops, beauty salons, clinics and car washes that hold an account with us) and their customers (people who book an appointment through a business’s booking page). We handle data differently for each.
3. What we collect

We do not collect health data. Clinics using Reserco book appointments by doctor and time slot only. There is no field for symptoms, diagnoses, treatments or medical notes, and businesses must not enter such information anywhere in the service.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — to give a business the service it subscribed to, and to complete a booking a customer asked for.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent fraudulent bookings, and improve how it works.
- Legal obligation — to keep accounting and tax records.
- Consent — for any marketing message. You can withdraw it at any time.
5. WhatsApp messages
Reserco sends booking notifications, confirmations and reminders over the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms. To deliver these messages we pass the recipient’s phone number and the message content to Meta. Meta processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
We send only messages that relate to a booking. We do not send marketing messages over WhatsApp without separate consent. Customers can ask a business to stop messaging them, or contact us directly.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Reserco, and only as far as they need it:
- Meta Platforms — delivery of WhatsApp messages.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and domain services.
- Zoho — our business email.
- Our payment provider — subscription payments and invoicing.
- The business you booked with — a customer’s name, phone number and booking details are shown to that business, so it can serve the appointment.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect the data.
8. How long we keep it
- Booking records: up to 24 months after the appointment, so businesses can see their history.
- Business account data: for as long as the account is active, then 6 months after closure.
- Accounting and payment records: 6 years, as UK law requires.
- Message delivery logs: 12 months.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Write to info@reserco.com and we will respond within one month.
If a business entered your details, that business decides what happens to them within its own account; we will pass your request on. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the people who need it, and each business can see only its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these safeguards seriously and will notify you and the regulator if a breach affects you.
11. Children
Reserco accounts are for businesses and are not offered to anyone under 18. Where an appointment is for a child, the booking should be made by a parent or guardian.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
